When there is an alert from one of our monitors, the alert is first sent to us. This allows us to make sure that there is something worth sharing with you.
We validate & investigate
We will check the validity of the alert. We don't want to worry you for nothing. Not only do we check the alert's accuracy, we investigate why the alert was raised.
